This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website. We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Belgian law.

2. What we collect

Contact and newsletter data you give us through our forms: name, email address, company or project, and your message.
Usage data collected with your consent through analytics: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, in aggregated and pseudonymised form.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

To answer your enquiry and provide our services (legal basis: steps prior to a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding).
To send our newsletter where you subscribed (legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time). Newsletter signup uses double opt-in: we send a confirmation email and only add you once you click to confirm. If you do not confirm, we may send you one reminder to complete it.
To measure and improve the website (legal basis: your consent through the cookie banner).

4. Cookies and analytics

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business (for example email, hosting and analytics providers), under appropriate agreements, and with authorities where the law requires it.

6. Retention

We keep contact data for as long as needed to handle your request and our relationship, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe. Newsletter signups that are never confirmed are deleted within 30 days. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. You may also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be). To exercise your rights, email hello@digitalsports.gg.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
